PREPARATION for Zoom Livestream classes:
Step 1: Prepare your space, a yoga mat and some props (an eye pillow, 2x blocks, 2x bolsters and cushions, 3-4 blankets).
Step 2: Setup your device to have full view of your mat with 2’ space around your mat.
Step 3: ‘Join Zoom Meeting’ with the link emailed to you when you register.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Monthly REST XL - Combination of Somatic Movement Experiencing, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. Immersed in an extended Restorative practice to relax and rest deeply, reconnection with Self. Make this a monthly mini retreat to restore and reset, to reconnect and remember Self as Awareness.
Somatic Yoga - Sensing and Feeling within, and in relationship to the world. This inquiry based practice is deeply nourishing and revitalising. It is meditation in movement. The focus is on interoception and embodiment of the practice in supporting health, vitality and integration. Observe humility and curiosity, trust and courage, openness to possibilities and potential.
Back Care - Aims to educate and embody spinal re-patterning through organic movement and healthy alignment. There is emphasis on breath and spinal integration in promoting a hamormious relationship with gravity. This class is gentle, whilst offering practical tools to support healthy postures through releasing, balancing, moderating sensitivity and strengthening with awareness.
RESTorative - A relaxation practice to support Conscious Deep Rest, where we allow Stillness and the props to do the ‘talking’. A much appreciated practice in supporting the undulation of life. Suitable for stress management, to support healing and growth, to rejuvenate and reconnect within.
Yoga Nidra - A deeply nourishing guided meditation practice, to reconnect within, to witness and to be reminded of our True Nature. A practice of Pure Awareness through meeting, greeting and welcoming all experiences as passing messengers. Read more...
