Yoga Nidra Online Course
This six-session livestream online course is carefully put together, with a theme of Mining the Inner Gold. The intention is that each session is a progression, building upon the previous session. The schedule supports one's committed practice and learning of Yoga Nidra meditation in the comfort of your home.
Mining is a beautiful process of excavation, a process of uncovering and revealing what is already present within us, making it clear. It is a deeply restful and nourishing practice as we dive into the unknown that promises only more clarity in one's purpose in life. So what 'Gold' are we mining for, and how?
Within iRest® Sankalpa, we reconnect to our innate wisdom, and hold a sacred safe space for our deepest heartfelt desire (HFD) to show up or arise within us. Some call this dharma, life long aspiration and purpose, or the meaning of this unique existence. This HFD or dharma is beyond cognitive understanding or knowing, in fact there is no effort and no trying. It is revealed when we connect with peace and well-being; when there is willingness and openness to welcome the deepest message within one's Being.
So why? To live a life with clarity, and with intentions that aligns with our HFD. This is Conscious Living. Week by week, we will practice together. Through a self-inquiry meditation, we shall reconnect to ease and peace as metaphorically a 'cushion' of safety and well-being. We meet and welcome ourselves where we are in our lives, and to hold an open space for Mining.
This is an opportunity to unveil our potential within with clarity and purpose. A nourishing practice to support our physical, emotional and mental well being. A deeper connection with ourselves. A return to inner wisdom and Self awakening. A declaration of our True Nature. This change of season is an opportune time for us to realign and reset our intentions. 💝
