Message from Adelene
Hope you are keeping well. Here we don’t need another reminder of the situation,
we need to take urgent refuge within ourselves on and off the mat.
I am currently teaching from my home studios, offering online resources and support. Our current situation has allowed me opportunity to explore alternative communication and interaction skills, with the intention to continue sharing yoga, to support you in your practice, and to continue connecting with you. [Thanks to the internet. 👍🏼]
From now, I will be offering various Online Resources and Practice classes (audio and video), which I believe may open up a new dimension in connecting with ourselves and our practice. If you like the idea and would like to be notified, do ‘Like’ or ‘Follow’ me on Facebook (Yoga with Adelene Cheong), Instagram (@adeleneyoga), and sign-up to receive Yoga Inspiration and Support via email.
Here is one that was offered on 18 March - Race to Relaxation.
Let’s continue practising and living the best we can, and make choices with all we know in each moment. Let’s take refuge in our practice, within ourselves. Let’s take comfort in NOW. See you on the mat (across devices) soon! Keep well.
