Adelene currently teaches classes, workshops and teacher trainings in various locations, and offers private sessions on Yoga for Scoliosis / Backcare Therapeutics, Restorative Yoga, Somatic Movements, Yoga Nidra Meditation, and Mentoring sessions.
Private sessions are personalised to your needs in supporting your practice and learning. This also allows one to progress at one's own pace, which is an important process for healing, development and growth.

These sessions may include hands-on touch, guided inquiries and movement explorations. The intention is to meet yourself where you are at every level, to observe, to enliven, to deconstruct and re-pattern for health and integration. In short it is being present with unfolding experiences from moment to moment as the body move through changes. Recommended to un-do and deconstruct accumulated tension, ideal for those experiencing high stress, or recovering from injuries / conditions, or simply just needed space to reconnect and build resiliency. Meditative deep inquiry within oneself, to cultivate / refined awareness and supports the process of Awakening to Self. Whilst some may use this practice to meet specific emotional and mental conditions, e.g. anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress, self-limiting beliefs, addiction, lack direction or purpose, aggression etc. This is an Awareness practice, a practice to reconnect with one’s innate wisdom.
