Therefore private sessions are very much about personalising your experience and prioritising your process within a safe and confidential environment. Most importantly, the pace is yours.

Price
£95 per hour (In-person, or online options via Zoom, FaceTime etc.)
First session recommended duration is 90 minutes.
Home visits available on request. There is an additional charge of £30 per visit (within London Zone 1-2).

Prices subject to change without prior notice. Please provide no less than 24 hour notice for any changes or cancellation as mutual respect for time and energy, and also to avoid late charges.

We understand the desire for discounts, Adelene's hourly rate is based on her experience and qualifications. Adelene is happy to discuss your specific needs and how these sessions can best meet your needs. Adelene offers subsidised sessions on case-by-case basis.
