Yoga for Scoliosis Programme (Online)

This specially designed programme explores the holistic approach in practising and living with scoliosis through an inquiry-based somatic approach. The key to this approach is on EMPOWERMENT, where the practice emphasises on inviting and involving one's full participation in the process of learning, healing and growth. This is about being kind in adapting and re-patterning for longevity, with guidance and support.
There are 10 MODULES within this programme. Each module presents a topic of study and practice, which is carefully organised to provide a reliable foundation in managing the condition from a mind-body perspective. It is built to support a sustainable long view on living with scoliosis. The programme offers educational learning for understanding, experiential practices for embodiment, and opportunity to connect with others sharing the same interest.
