PLACING AN ORDER
27. As a customer, you are responsible to confirm the products in the cart prior to payment.
28. By placing an order for digital products through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, that you are at least 18 years old and that you are purchasing our digital products for your private, non-commercial use only.

By providing the details of a credit or debit card or payment account to be debited, you confirm that you are authorised to purchase the digital products and that you have the permission of or are the holder of the credit or debit card, PayPal or other account being used to pay for the transaction.
AVAILABILITY OF DIGITAL CONTENT
30. You are responsible for ensuring that any hardware you use to download and/or access these digital products function correctly with this website and with the programs used to deliver content.
31. When purchasing pre-recorded digital content, downloads will be available immediately after payment is confirmed. An email with the download links will be sent to the email address provided. Each product has a limit of five download credits, please contact info@adelenecheong.com if you need additional downloads within reasonable means, which will be made available at the sole discretion of the digital owner and administrator of this website.
32. Live classes and trainings must be attended or accessed at the times provided in the enrolment specifications. Failure to log in or attend at the specified time does not entitle you to access further classes or content.
33. Recordings of classes or other trainings may be distributed to attendees at the sole discretion of the digital owner and administrator of this website.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
34. All of the digital products that are available for sale on our website are owned or controlled by us.
35. Upon payment of the price for any of these digital products, ownership of these products remains with us and we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital products for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please respect the copyright and dedicated contribution of the owner. This purchase does not warrant any part of the digital content to be used for advertising, sharing, distribution, marketing, apps, websites, social media, TV and film, presentations, among hundreds of other uses.
REFUNDS
36. Since these are non-tangible irrevocable goods delivered digitally, we generally offer no refunds once the order is completed, and that the product download link is sent or the training time has passed. If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
37. If the item is damaged, please contact us to re-issue.
38. Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

1. Behind this screen, we ourselves are online consumers as you are. Therefore, we understand the importance of keeping personal information secure within our parameters. When you purchase something from our online shop or enrol in an online course, personal information, i.e. your name, address, email etc. will be requested for record, billing, processing and delivery of your order. When you provide us with this information online, under GDPR (2018) this gives us implied consent that allows us to keep in touch, and to inform you of updates to products and services offered. Should you decide not to be contacted, you may opt-out and withdraw your consent by email to info@adelenecheong.com.
3. Under GDPR regulations you have the right to erasure, where we can remove all information held about you from our server. You can do this by emailing info@adelenecheong.com. If you exercise this right, we will no longer be able to support you in accessing any products or downloads that you may have purchased.

9. Our online shop is hosted on Weebly e-commerce, which provides the platform for sale and transaction. Weebly partners with stripe, Square, Authorize.net and Paypal payment processors and integrates their services directly into your cart and order processing.
10. Any third-party providers used by us will collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide. Most providers and payment processors have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. Please read their privacy policies with these third-party providers or payment processors. When redirected beyond our website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use.
