What happens when you become still enough to listen?

Take a pause from the rush of daily life and explore the inner landscape of your mind and body through quiet observation. This free 60-minute meditation session is open to all—whether you’re brand new or have some experience.

Led by long-time Yoga and Somatic Educator Adelene Cheong, this session invites you to settle into stillness with an inquisitive, accessible approach. Since 2000, Adelene has been sharing embodied practices with warmth and clarity, meeting individuals where they are and creating a supportive space for presence to unfold naturally.

The intention is simple: to share more peace and harmony—within ourselves, and with the world around us.

🧣 Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing (especially easy to breathe in). Bring a sealed water bottle, a shawl or bath towel, and anything you might need for sitting comfortably.
