This Advanced Relax and Restore Intensive is a five day, in person training for practitioners who have completed Restorative Yoga Level 1, and are ready to deepen the maturity of their practice and teaching.

 

Offered in a small group setting, this training supports depth, individual attention, and relational learning. Places are limited.
