Advanced Relax and Restore (Level 2)

Therapeutic Application of Restorative Yoga
35 hours | 5 days | In person
04 - 08 November 2026, London UK

Having experienced the quiet magic of Restorative Yoga, you may already sense that something deeper is asking to unfold in how you practise, embody, and share this work.

We are living in an increasingly digital and AI driven world. Days move quickly, attention is pulled in many directions, and even experienced practitioners feel the strain of constant stimulation. Many people arrive at Restorative Yoga not because they want to relax, but because their systems are tired of holding it all together and no longer know how.

This Advanced R&R Intensive responds to that lived reality. It invites the maturation of discernment and a more intimate relationship with Rest within Restorative Yoga practice and teaching, not as an escape from life, but as a way of meeting it with greater steadiness and clarity.

Working at the level of nervous system regulation, the emphasis is on restoring coherence within the body and lived experience. Restorative Yoga is approached as both a biological necessity and a spiritual practice, supporting regulation, repair, and reorientation in a world that rarely pauses.

Rather than focusing on more or harder techniques, the work deepens the capacity to embody and bring the essence of Restorative Yoga alive in practice and teaching. Attention is given to therapeutic adaptation, appropriate sequencing, and sensitivity to individual constitution and context. Technique arises from listening and embodied understanding, rather than from prescription or pressure.

Here, Rest is understood not as withdrawal, but as a responsibility toward oneself and the wider world. There is no time to waste. Our world needs more rested beings for peace, love and harmony.

This training is offered infrequently and may not be repeated for several years.

Own this practice as a service to yourself and others, share this magic
for world peace and humanity.
